Our villa has a fireplace, private pool and garden terrace, which is famous for its lake and close to many cities in Sapanca. It is modernly designed with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms-toilets, and suitable for 6 people. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for 2 more guests if needed. There is all the basic equipment in the kitchen. Prices include entrance cleaning, periodic garden maintenance and cleaning, Wi-Fi internet, electricity and water usage. You can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones in its green garden and enjoy the peace by walking on the shore of Sapanca Lake.

Reservation requests, cancellations or changes are processed only if they are made by e-mail.
The number of people specified in the reservation is based on accommodation and overcapacity is not allowed. In case of excess bed capacity, the landlord reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse to accept persons who exceed the capacity.

In order to eliminate the damage and loss that may occur in the accommodation and the furniture inside, €50,00 damage deposit fee is collected from the guest in cash at the time of check-in. If there is no damage on the day of departure, the deposit fee will be refunded to the guest in cash by the host.

Electricity and water consumption are included in the accommodation fee.

The remaining payment amount can be made at check-in by EFT/Money Transfer and cash.
